Lorenzo Bertini
I'm a cybersecurity professional focused on defensive security, particularly digital forensics and incident response (DFIR). I also study offensive techniques — understanding how attackers operate makes for a sharper defender. I hone these skills on the job, through professional certifications, and with hands-on work in my homelabs and on platforms like TryHackMe and Hack The Box. This site is where I document the projects and labs I build along the way.
Away from security, I hold a Master's degree in Languages and Civilizations of Asia and Mediterranean Africa (Japan studies), with years of experience in research and language learning. When I'm not at a keyboard, you'll find me training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, lifting, or reading.
